Nexus Gate Limited provides technology consulting, software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and related IT services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes client data, business strategies, and technical information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexus Gate Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Service Level Agreements

For managed services and ongoing support, we provide specific service level agreements (SLAs) that outline performance standards, response times, and uptime guarantees. These SLAs are provided separately and form part of our agreement.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments and must return or destroy any confidential information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Gate Limited operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
